Our Story

Welobaby began with a simple vision that our children should wear clothes that are comfortable, environment friendly and sustainably made.  In our journey to achieve this goal we have looked at the whole supply chain from sourcing the best cotton to the packaging we use to ship you our finest products.

Our products are carefully handcrafted to ensure the highest quality and very low adverse impact on the environment. 

In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint we :

• use organic cotton (regular cotton for bags) to make our products.
• use only recycled paper for our hangtags, card inserts.
• use recycled paper packaging.
• use cloth bags for our products.
• do a tree planting drive every year.

FABRIC 

In our effort to do the best for your babies and the planet they will grow up in – we have chosen to work with Organic Cotton. Organic cotton is luxurious, soft and cooling on the body. And it is also better for Mother Earth. When washed it doesn’t release harmful micro plastics into the environment. It is grown in an eco friendly way. And it gets softer with each wash! Did you know India produces more than 50% of world’s Organic Cotton? We proudly use Organic Cotton that is grown in India.

BLOCK PRINTING

Block printing is an ancient art of printing designs on cloth is synonymous with Sanganer, Jaipur. The labor intensive art is awe inspiring and stunning. We use azo-free dyes that give vibrant colors to the fabric. The evidence of genuine hand block printing is the slight variation in the prints on the fabric. It is not a flaw, its just proof of the work of a human hand.

PRODUCT CARE

Our products are made with organic cotton and are hand-block printed. The colors do not bleed. But only become lighter with daily wear. Avoid drying directly in the sun, using harsh detergents or very hot ironing. This will protect fabric quality and vibrancy of the color/print. Our products are made to last, please refer to wash & care instructions on the hang tags and take good care of your purchase, trust us – it’s worth it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We exchange and give full refunds. Please read the conditions below:

• Contact Welobaby within 7 days of receiving the product. 
• Only unused and unwashed products are eligible for exchange. 
• Send us the product with tags and we will do a quality check before processing your return.
• Shipping for return is to be borne by the customer.
• Shipping of the original items will not be refunded.
• Discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Shipping for domestic orders is INR 150 on all orders. For international orders – please email us at [email protected] or call us on +91-8955002696 to place your order and get the best shipping rates from India to your country of residence.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

All orders ship within 4 days. Domestic deliveries take 5-7 days from the order date. International deliveries take 7-10 days from the order date.
